Collaborative Law is a natural segue in a career of dispute resolution over 40 years. Cases over the years have included general civil litigation, personal injury claims, some products liability cases and estate work, and the last 30 years of specialty work in all types of family law cases. Experience in mediation and arbitration naturally led to an interest in Collaborative Law and interactive participation in the healing process of resolution.
