Our Mission
EDUCATION, TRAINING & GROWTH
To provide educational opportunities whose purpose is to continuously enhance and elevate the skills and practices of KCCL members. To provide members with mentorship relationships and opportunities to grow in their Collaborative practice.
Tasks
- To consider strategically the needs and desires for training within the KCCL community to achieve KCCL’s goals regarding quality professional service
- To offer an annual Introductory Collaborative Law basic training
- To encourage and promote training events and programs that are useful to the KCCL community
- To administer the mentorship program which includes both facilitating direct mentorship relationships and hosting a Monthly Mentorship Meeting (3rd Friday of each month at 9 am. All KCCL Members & Friends are welcome. Email the Mentoring for the invite.)
- To recruit mentees and mentors
- To assign mentees to mentors
Meetings: 3rd Monday of the month at 11 am.
