Courtney is a family law attorney with a focus on Collaborative Law and mediation. She assists parties with all aspects of family law disputes including divorce, legal separation, child custody and support, relocation and parenting. She brings with her experience in complex financial and legal matters while maintaining a commitment to supporting families and obtaining durable and respectful resolutions for her clients. Her memberships and affiliations include: King County Collaborative Law (former Board Member and past President); Collaborative Professionals of Washington (CPW); and International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP). Washington State Bar Association; and King County Bar Association (Family Law and Collaborative Law Sections). Additionally, Courtney has presented at numerous trainings and forums through the above affiliations and is an adjunct professor of Collaborative Law and Seattle University School of Law.
