Courtney is a family law attorney with a focus on Collaborative Law and mediation. She assists parties with all aspects of family law disputes including divorce, legal separation, child custody and support, relocation and parenting. She brings with her experience in complex financial and legal matters while maintaining a commitment to supporting families and obtaining durable and respectful resolutions for her clients. Courtney has presented at numerous trainings and forums through the groups listed and is an adjunct professor of Collaborative Law and Seattle University School of Law.
