Introductory Collaborative Law Training

During this interactive 2-day training, we will introduce the fundamentals of the Collaborative Law model.  You will develop an understanding of the interdisciplinary team approach to conflict resolution from experienced practitioners in the field. This course is intended for attorneys, mental health professionals, financial professionals, and others who would like to help support parties through conflict in a non-adversarial manner.

The course faculty will include KCCL members and Collaborative professionals representing every role in the collaborative process, who will share their experiences in professional team best practices, challenging client dynamics, surprising outcomes, and much more.
